Projects

HVAC Capstone – Mechatronic System Lead

Built a Random Forest ML model to predict HVAC comfort (80% accuracy). Developed Python UI for building operator interaction at the TD Center in Toronto.

Robotic Manipulator Design Project

Simulated a 3-DOF anthropomorphic robot in MATLAB/Simulink. Implemented joint control, PD + gravity compensation, and inverse dynamic control schemes.

Helium Aero – Interiors Team Lead & Co-Founder

Fabricated carbon fiber vehicle interior using CNC-routed molds, laser cutting, and 3D printing. Presented prototype in Silicon Valley.

Portfolio

A showcase of projects, designs, and technical work.

Project 1

Array Product Development

I helped develop Mosaic's first industrial 3D printing product, Array, leading mechanical design and guiding it from prototype through seven production cycles to launch.

Helium EVTOL Project

Helium EVTOL Project

Helium was a student-led EVTOL design team I co-founded, where I led cockpit UX design and contributed to full-scale manufacturing using composite layups and CNC tooling.

Red Bull Flutag

Red Bull Flutag

Flugtag was a Red Bull competition where my team and I designed and built a glider-launching vehicle using limited tools in a garage, relying on CAD modeling and simulation to overcome constraints like a single build and the need to carry a human pilot.
